Beginner Course

Included: Stand-up paddle board and paddle, wetsuit (if needed)

The beginner course provides you:

• A 1.5-hour lesson in a group of maximum 8 people
• All the necessary equipment 
• The course can be transferred or given as a gift.

Lesson Plan:

• Stand-up paddle theory (15 minutes)
  Safety instructions, equipment, getting on and off the board, paddle strokes
  
  
• On the water: basics (15 minutes)
  How to stand up, balance and getting a feel for your board, falling safely, getting back on your board
  
  
• On the water: paddling, games and fun (60 minutes)
  Paddling forwards, stopping, turning
